VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 

The Strand Theatre of Shelbyville, Inc. is looking for two unique individuals to help with the project.

Treasurer:    We are looking of a treasurer for our corporation.   If you know about Balance Sheets,  Income Statements and have a solid financial background, we need you!    Due to the time commitment involved, we prefer a volunteer who accepts this as their only responsibility.   Participating in the day to day running of the theatre is not necessary or desired.    We would like an individual that can be with our organization for many years to come.

Marketing:   We are looking for someone to handle marketing for the Strand.   This individual would assist the users of our theatre in marketing their events.   This includes informing media, coordinating posters and generally elevating the efforts to "the next level."   Again as with the treasurer, participating in the day to day running of the theatre is not necessary or desired.
