The Strand Theatre hosted the 70’s style band "Travis of the Cosmos" on Saturday April 5, 2008.   The show was well attended by people of all ages.    The theatre was hopping!   This is presented by Smashed Productions…a supporter of the Strand.     All proceeds from this concert went to benefit the Theatre.   Thank you to Bones & Kurt, and to Travis of the Cosmos for helping the Strand.  

Before the concert, the Shelby County Rock & Roll Hall of Fame was dedictated.    The Strand is honored to display these plaques.
