Russell Smith,  Shelbyville High School Music Department Chair, reviews student work on the joint SHS / Strand Indiana Arts Commission Grant project.   The debut of the Shelby County Veterans History will be on November 11, 2009.   There will be interview vignettes of Shelby County veterans talking about their service to our country and life at home.
